MR. ADEJUMO is the Managing Director/CEO of the Company. Prior to his appointment as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Pivot Capital Limited in June, 2012, Dare was the pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Cowry Securities Limited. He was the pioneer Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Insurance Asset Management Limited and the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Securities & Investment Limited. Prior to joining Oasis Insurance Asset Management Limited, he was the Chief Operating Officer of SMADAC Securities Limited.
He is an Economist, a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Stockbroker with over 30 years experience in audit and investigation, taxation, accounting and financial advisory services of large and small organizations in both public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy. His experience in financial services sector spanned mortgage/main stream banking, portfolio/asset management, stock broking, pension fund administration et al.
He graduated from the University of Ibadan in the field of Economics in July, 1985 and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration with specialization in Financial Management from the Lagos State University. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA); a Fellow of The Chartered Institute (FCCMgt.) of Corporate Management; a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS) and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a Broker/Dealer. He is a full member of The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (MCSI), United Kingdom. He is an Associate member of the Certified Institute of Pensions of Nigeria (ACIP).
He started his banking career with the then Nigerian Building Society Limited (now Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria Limited) in 1979; United Bank for Africa Plc 1981; First Bank of Nigeria Limited 1987; Pegasus Savings & Loans Limited 1994; BFCL Assets & Securities Limited 2002; Spring Bank Plc 2006; Pensions Alliance Plc 2007.
